On Monday, January 14, the Parkston/Ethan/Hanson Gymnastics team traveled to Wagner to compete in a dual meet against Wagner/Bon Homme.

The PEH gymnasts placed first with a score of 137.500 and set an all time high score for the team. Wagner/Bon Homme followed with a score of 113.950.

For individual placings, the PEH team dominated the podium. For the uneven bars, Addison Duba placed first (8.800); Rory Juhnke, second (8.600); Claire Sommers; third (8.250); and Lily Bahmuller, fourth (7.750). On the balance beam, Carlie Hobbick captured first (8.750); Sommers, second (8.650); and Piper Reichert, third (8.600). For floor exercise, Juhnke placed first (9.250); Sommers, second (9.100); Duba, fourth (8.650), Reichert, fifth (8.400); and Bahmuller, sixth (8.200). On vault, Reichert captured first (8.850); Bahmuller, Hobbick, and Duba tied for second (8.450); and Sommers, fourth (8.100).

For the all-around placings, Duba placed first (34.400); Sommers, second (34.100); Reichert, third (33.200); Juhnke, fourth (33.000); Hobbick, fifth (31.500); and Bahmuller, sixth (31.450).

The PEH team will compete in Madison on Saturday, January 18, for the Madison Invite.
